What’s actually built today?
All of it. The ZTIP protocol and reference runtime (open, MIT). The zti client with the gate, the git and CI receipt gates, and the Claude Code hook (open, MIT). And ZTI Core, the self-hosted control plane that stores receipts and verifies them at commit and merge time. A live plane answers in public, and a bypass commit sits blocked in CI for anyone to inspect.
